Return & Exchange Policy
IF THERE IS NO INVOICE FROM US IN YOUR ORDER WITH A RETURNS ADDRESS ON IT YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR THE ADDRESS.
RETURNS SENT TO ANY ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE ONE WE PROVIDE WILL NOT BE COUNTED AND THEREFORE WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND
We offer refunds and exchanges on all items (excluding sale and jewellery and international orders) providing that the item is unworn, has no makeup or fake tan marks, has all tags and in the same condition it was sent out in. Items must be returned within 14 days of recieving your order, If the item is retunred in an unsatisfactory condition or is outside the 14 day policy we have full rights to return the item to you and not offer you a refund as this policy is agreed by you at the time of purchasing
When returning your item please fill out the invoice with information on whether you would like a refund or exchange, reason code for refund, exchange size and colour. If the item/size you would like to exchange for is out of stock we will contact you and offer you a refund instead.
If sale items are returned to us we will contact the customer and send the item back to you as we do not accept refunds on any sale items. Jewellery is not refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
As we are a small business we do not cover the cost of return postage. Please consider this at the time of buying as we will be unable to help after you have made a purchase.
